He founded JM Hospitality Solutions in the year 2018 and collaborated with renowned Hotel Brand names like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, IHG, Choice and more on various projects, highlighting his ability to navigate and contribute to the success of diverse hospitality environments.

In a world filled with impersonal transactions, he believes in the power of personal relationships and unwavering dedication. As per him it’s not just his business; but a partnership, a journey, and a promise of excellence to his customers.
He likes to travel and explore new places. He also likes listening to music.
During his travel time he also likes to network and meet people and learn new perspectives.

Sonia Chauhan

Sonia is a passionate Sales & Marketing professional with 16+ years of experience across the Audio Visual, Hospitality, Events, and Advertising industries in the USA, India, and the Middle East. Joined JMHS in May 2024, she has appreciated its work culture, which aligns with her values and fosters a sense of belonging. Sonia aims to lead innovative projects, drive business growth, and promote sustainable practices. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, hiking, and staying updated on industry news.

Banasree Maji 

Banasree is a seasoned IT professional with 11 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, and project leadership. With a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from WBUT, India, she specializes in guiding cross-functional teams and delivering IT solutions. At JMHS, she values the client-centric approach and attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating with creative minds to achieve outstanding results. Her vision is to revolutionize the FF&E industry through innovation and sustainability. Outside of work, Banasree explores new places, enjoys photography, and excels in event planning.

Hunter Foushee

Hunter was born and raised in Roxboro, NC, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Campbell University in 2020. He joined JMHS in April 2021 and now serves as a Procurement Manager. His favorite aspect of JMHS is the supportive team and positive work atmosphere. Having grown to love the hotel industry, Hunter aspires to become a leader and contribute to making JMHS a nationally recognized name in hospitality. Outside of work, he enjoys playing in competitive cornhole tournaments and golfing.

Dhiren Patel

As an experienced Project Manager, Dhiren excels in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects, emphasizing efficient communication and creativity. Since joining JMHS in January 2023, he has thrived in its supportive, growth-focused environment. He is passionate about making a positive impact and leading innovative teams. His hobbies include playing cricket and traveling to new places.

Vinoth Kumar

With over 6 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, and vendor management, Vinoth has a proven track record in cost reduction, transportation scheduling, and customer service. Since joining JMHS in October 2019, he has valued the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive work culture. His vision is to expand business connections, implement innovative service quality, and drive sustainable growth through proactive strategies. Vinoth enjoys traveling, sports, and listening to music.

Khushbu Bhardwaj

Khushbu holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, with practical experience from an internship under a Chartered Accountant and a role as an Internal Auditor. Since joining JMHS in May 2024, she has thrived in an environment that values teamwork and mutual respect. Khushbu is passionate about advancing her career in accounting, pursuing further certifications, and contributing to strategic initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys reading financial reports and exploring a variety of books.

Syvanna Roberson

Self-motivated and hardworking, Syvanna is an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for creating exceptional interiors. Since joining JMHS in October 2023, she has appreciated how the company provides opportunities for new graduates to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Her ultimate goal is to design beautiful hotels worldwide and eventually move into cruise ship interiors. Outside of work, Syvanna enjoys spending time with family, exploring restaurants, traveling, building Lego sets, and watching horror movies.

Swarshree Vechalekar

Swarshree is a Hospitality Interior Designer at JMHS, where she has been since March 2024. With 7 years of experience in Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality design, she specializes in planning spaces and enhancing aesthetics. She loves JMHS’s supportive and creative work culture, which allows her to explore various interior styles. Outside of work, Swarshree enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and discovering new places.

Chloe Minji

At JMHS since March 2024, Chloe has specialized in creating hotel interiors that blend comfort with aesthetics while staying within budget. With an associate degree in Fashion Design from South Korea and a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from SCAD, she is passionate about transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary environments. At JMHS, Chloe values the supportive and communicative work environment. Her vision is to craft memorable designs that exceed expectations. In her free time, she enjoys exploring cafes, restaurants, and traveling to gain inspiration.

Angela Medina

Angela Medina has been part of the JMHS interior design team since March 2024. Her passion for interior design has driven her to pursue this dream for the past three years, finding happiness in creating functional, harmonious, and pleasant spaces. Graduating from MCC in 2024, she is thrilled to be living her dream at JMHS, where she appreciates the strong team partnership. Angela’s focus is on hospitality design, and she envisions contributing to society through innovative, sustainable interior spaces. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, especially by lakes and beaches, and loves playing volleyball.

Harriett Yon

With over 25 years in hospitality, Harriett rose from front desk to GM, gaining experience across various roles and industries including automotive and healthcare. She joined JMHS in April 2024, drawn by team-focused environment and supportive leadership. Passionate about contributing to the company’s growth, Harriett enjoys singing, reading, kayaking, and family time.

Daniel Wood

With 4 years of experience across Cybersecurity, Energy Solutions, and Data Infrastructure, I bring a strong focus on efficiency, customer experience, and maximization to my role. My professional journey has spanned both the US and Europe, providing me with a diverse perspective on industry practices.
