We are currently seeking a person to perform 3d rendering as an interior designer for the JM Hospitality Solutions Company. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience designing, developing, and testing real-time high-performance 3D visualization applications can also take ownership of key software features while working collaboratively with other engineering teams, and is passionate about working on a product that will have a positive impact on the lives of millions.

Job Summary:

The Interior Designer will assist in creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.
• Analyzes movement and use patterns of the space.
• Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients.
• Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor.
• Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
• Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
• Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
• Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of form, color, materials, and human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills
• Must be able to create accurate 2D technical drawings and/or 3D models for manufacturing.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
• Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field required; coursework in computer-aided design (CAD) is highly
  preferred.
• At least 1 year of Interior Design experience is required.
• Interior design certification is highly preferred.
• At least one year of related experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to distinguish between colors.

We are currently seeking an organized, punctual, and detail-oriented FF&E Sales Marketing Executive with a positive outlook that works well with others.

Your Role:

Will be a mix of strategic sales and marketing activities & projects with the aim of elevating the company to the next level. You will work closely with clients and potential clients to create lasting relationships and maximize sales both now and in the future. You will enjoy a varied hands-on sales and marketing role, including client meetings, following up on sales leads, and organizing industry events. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist us on our hospitality projects.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include creating estimates, overseeing projects, and coordinating timelines to meet project deadlines. You will perform tasks as needed, including assisting other departments to help make the company's day-to-day activities run more efficiently. This position will be responsible for providing project coordination to support our Project Management team and well and our Design and Development team. Overall duties encompass the need to multitask between projects in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties will be focused on FF&E project coordination for the Project Manager so they can deliver projects on time. You will also work closely with the Accounting Manager to assist in keeping client data and information up to date and organized.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with project management to understand, organize, and direct activities concerned with any hotel renovation and construction projects.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve.

We are currently seeking an organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper with a positive outlook that works well with others.

Essential Functions / Tasks:

• Greet clients and make them feel comfortable in person and over the phone.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Maintain the office and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are always available.
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
• Work closely and effectively with the team lead to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary.
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, meetings, and clerical duties.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up with clients.
• Calculate bid pricing from unit pricing to prepare client estimates.
• Research and collect information from Vendors.
  Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• Aid in scheduling vendor, client, and administrative meetings.
